CUSTOM & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Custom and personalised products (DTF transfers, custom apparel, tumblers, mugs 
with your design) are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are produced 
specifically for you.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days 
of delivery at info@rdsublidesign.nl with photos of the issue. 
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

NON-PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
For standard (non-custom) products, you may return items within 14 days of 
receipt in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are at the 
customer's expense.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original 
payment method.
