Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of rdsublidesign.nl and any purchase 
made through our store.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree 
to these terms.

ORDERS & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All products are made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be 
cancelled or modified. Custom/personalised items are exempt from the standard 
right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as they 
are made to your specifications.

PRICES
All prices include Dutch VAT (BTW) at the applicable rate. 
Prices are displayed in EUR.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For non-personalised products, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase 
within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. 
Custom and personalised products are excluded from this right.

JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Dutch law. 
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
